Mobilizing and Equipping churches for Justice and Compassion ministry worldwide

(Is. 61: 1 – 4)

USA Vineyard Missions Conference

Last week, a small team of i-61 staff flew to Colorado Springs, CO for the yearly national missions conference. We had a rich week connecting with our Vineyard family, hearing about what God is doing in and through people, and sharing the vision God's given us for i-61. Several pastors  expressed interest in getting teams booked to go to the Isaiah House in Nicaragua and were excited about putting together some teams of pastors to all participate in the training together.  There's also great potential for multiplying our training bases in the UK and Asia. We are praising God for the ways He's putting justice and compassion in the hearts of His church and the opportunities we have had to encourage those in the mission field and support them. Several missionaries were grateful to know that we wanted to hear about what they were doing and that we cared about their work for the kingdom. We pray for more opportunities to bless and serve the body of Christ in this way!

Missions on the Move!

Sunday October 19, at 1:00pm at the Vineyard Boise Christian Fellowship Chapel, we are having a meeting for anyone interested in missions. We really want anyone who's been down to the Isaiah House in Nicaragua to come, along with anyone involved in past VCOM schools. Bring a Mexican dish for a potluck lunch together and hear our missionaries from Nicaragua share about what we're doing through i-61 Ministries. It will be a great time of connecting, informing, and presenting opportunities to get involved in a variety of ways. We would love to have you come! Please email your RSVP to ofigray@gmail.com  for more information.

“The Network” is Vineyard’s effort to connect and gather like-hearted ministry leaders who are already engaged in justice & compassion ministries in various parts of the world. Click Here to learn more about "The Network".

John Bacuyag took a huge risk the year he decided to make his own fertilizer. A concoction of eggshells and fermented juices and other ingredients were combined with manure and applied to his rice field. His neighbors scoffed and waited for the inevitable failure. Surely the crop would wither and die. If it did make it, there couldn’t possibly be …  Read more.
